Boarding Update, effective October 1st 2017

Due to a high number of no call/no shows, we are implementing a $25 deposit to hold your pet's boarding reservation (starting October 1st, 2017).  This deposit will be taken over the phone at the time you make your reservation and will be credited to your pet's boarding cost when you check in.  If you need to cancel your reservation with us (we know stuff happens!), please give us 24 hours notice and we will gladly refund your deposit.  :)

We didn't want to have to make this policy, but the no shows have become so frequent that we need to try something to address the issue. We don't want to be turning away people who really need us then sit with a half empty kennel.
We appreciate your understanding!

In addition to veterinary services, we have separate, heated/air conditioned boarding areas for both dogs and cats.  Our staff not only provide love and attention, they also are in charge of cleaning, feeding, administering any needed medications, and walking (dogs) multiple times a day in our fenced-in back yard.  We also provide blankets and bedding, but you are welcome to bring a special bed from home.

We feed our boarding pets Royal Canin as our maintenance diet, but you are welcome to bring your own preferred food for your pet to eat during their stay.

A $25 deposit is required to hold your pet's boarding reservation, and will be credited to your account at the time of check in.  If you need to cancel (we know things happen!), please call us at least 24 hours before your reservation for a refund of your boarding deposit.  No refund will be given for cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled boarding.

For dog boarding, we require:

  •  DHPP (distemper-parvo) vaccine
  •  Rabies vaccine
  •  Bordatella vaccine
  •  A negative fecal test within the last year
  • Flea prevention within the last 30 days

For cat boarding, we require:

  •  FVRCP (feline distemper) vaccine
  •  Rabies vaccine
  •  A negative fecal test within the last year
  • Flea prevention within the last 30 days

New pets will be given a brief examination prior to admission for boarding to make sure there are no health conditions we need to monitor or address, or that may be worsened by boarding.

If you have any questions, please give us a call!
